Cheap Websites provides website design, development, eCommerce setup (WooCommerce and Magento) and graphic design services as described on our Website Pricing and Services pages. Package inclusions are as listed on our website at the time of order and may be updated from time to time.
Prices listed are starting prices and the final quote may vary based on your specific requirements, number of pages, features and content complexity. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation. Work typically begins once an advance payment is received.
Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order and depend on timely receipt of content, images and approvals from the client. Delays in providing required materials may extend delivery timelines accordingly.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content and images required for the website, and for ensuring they have the rights to use any material supplied to us. We are not liable for content provided by the client.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website design is transferred to the client. Cheap Websites retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cheap Websites is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or services, including third-party hosting, domain or payment gateway issues beyond our control.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation request. Advance payments already used towards work completed are non-refundable. Please contact us directly to discuss any cancellation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
